Completion of "TONE SAFI" project in Kenya

In April 2022, ASSIST has completed one of its flagship projects "Increase access to clean and safe drinking water for vulnerable communities in informal urban settlements in Kenya" (Tone Safi). The project was running for over 2,5 years benefitting 22,000 family members 10,000 school going children in Mathare, Nairobi. The project was implemented by ASSIST in partnership with Vestergaard Frandsen East Africa Limited and co-financed by KfW / DEG - German Investment and Development Company Limited.
